Eye exams
The personalized eye exam performed by a specialised ophthalmologist to diagnose eye disorders consists of:

bio-microscopy - detecting lesions in the eyelids, conjunctiva, sclera, cornea, iris and lens (cataract);

measuring eye pressure - important in the early diagnosis of glaucoma;

eye fundus examination - used to diagnose retinal diseases, as well as the extent of damage produced by certain general diseases (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, etc.);

prescribing drug treatments for conjunctivitis, blepharitis and other eye diseases;
-
dioptres determination in children after pupil dilation with drops.
Eye exams can be performed as follows:
Mosilor Store: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and on the last Saturday of the month - between 11:00 and 15:00
Dorobanti Store: Tuesday and Thursday - between 11:00 and 15:00
Dioptres determinations
German Optik offers free dioptres determinations for each order placed in one of our stores. The dioptres determination will be performed by one of our optometrists, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 and Saturday between 09:00 and 14:00.
Our offices are equipped with the latest equipment in order to establish the exact dioptre and the appropriate lens type.
Fitting
German Optik ensures lenses installation using automatic contour sanding machines with scanner for all types of frames (plastic, metal, wire, shapeless).
The order can be delivered within hours, if the lenses are in stock - or a few days, if dimming gradually thinned etc. lenses are required.
Repairs
Replacement of nose pads, frames straightening, arms replacement, replacement of screws and frames adjusting.
